June 3, 2026 – The Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association Parade of Homes returns June 6–14, 2026, and Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® is proud to have seven homes on the tour this year, built by three of the area’s most respected builders: Elevation Home Builders, Hodge Construction, and Johnson Custom Homes.
Whether you’re house hunting, gathering inspiration for a future build, or just love walking through beautifully designed spaces, the Parade is one of the best weekends of the year to see what local craftsmanship looks like up close.
