October 9, 2026- We couldn’t be prouder. On Wednesday, October 7, 2026, longtime Iowa City REALTOR® Terri Larson of Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® received the Lifetime Achievement Award at the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® (ICAAR) Inaugural Banquet and Awards Ceremony at The Heights Rooftop. It’s an honor that recognizes a career of leadership, service, and lasting impact on clients, colleagues, and the community.
Three Decades of Helping Iowa City Families
Terri has been helping people buy and sell homes since 1996. Over 30 years, she has guided clients through every kind of market across Iowa City, Coralville, North Liberty, and greater Eastern Iowa, earning a reputation as one of the area’s top-producing agents. Before real estate, she spent about five years at ACT and several years at home raising her three children, experiences that shaped the patient, people-first approach her clients know well.
A Career Built on Service and Leadership
The Lifetime Achievement Award caps a long list of contributions to the local real estate community. Terri’s highlights include:
- REALTOR® of the Year (2009)
- President of the local REALTOR® association (2010)
- Gold Star Award recipient
- Broker designation (2006)
She holds a B.B.A. from the University of Iowa College of Business and an M.A. in Higher Education Administration from the University of Iowa College of Education.
More Than a REALTOR®
Terri’s love for this community goes well beyond closing tables. She grew up in a small town in northern Iowa, wrote a book for kids and parents about family activities in Eastern Iowa, and was a columnist for the Iowa City Press-Citizen. Today she’s a proud grandmother of four, and she has her sights set on writing a series of thrillers someday.
A Big Night for LKR
Terri wasn’t the only LKR agent celebrated. Our own Julie Dancer and Kim Schillig were inducted into the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Hall of Fame at the same event. Congratulations to all of this year’s honorees across the Iowa City area.
