Verne Folkmann is a native Iowan and has worked in sales his entire life. He founded Folkmann Feed and Grain and expanded the company for 28 years prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 2001.

As a REALTOR® and EcoBroker specializing in green real estate, Verne strives to make sure buying or selling a home is a positive experience for his clients. He has extensive knowledge of the current housing market and prides himself in providing excellent customer service.
