Tyler Riddle is a licensed Realtor® and Broker Associate with Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® specializing in all aspects of Residential Real Estate. Tyler is an Iowa native, growing up in Ogden, IA. He moved to Iowa City in 2010, and now resides in Coralville, IA.
Tyler has grown his real estate business from scratch and has a diversified client portfolio, working with types of all residential buyers, sellers, investors and builders/developers. He also manages a development group and can build to his client’s needs. As the owner of his own businesses and real estate portfolio, Tyler has the skill set to meet his clients’ needs. Since becoming a REALTOR®, Tyler has prided himself in his passionate and heartfelt drive to serve his clients’ best interests. He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and committed to finding the perfect fit for his clients. In his free time, you will find Tyler spending time with his husband, Erik Melloy, who is the Broker & Managing Partner of Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS®, their 3 year-old son, Easton and Ruthie, their Doberman. Tyler enjoys following Hawkeye athletics (home and away), playing a round of golf at a local course, spending time with his family and friends, traveling, or enjoying anything outdoors. As an avid explorer of the city, he loves to try new restaurants and check out local music and city festivals. Tyler is also very involved with the local and State REALTOR® Associations. He currently serves as President of Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS®, Member of the Political Affairs Committee, Chair of the Iowa Association of REALTORS® Legislative Committee, Regional Vice-President for Iowa Association of REALTORS® and REALTOR® Political Action Committee (RPAC) Board of Trustees. Through his Association involvement, he spends a lot of his time advocating for private property rights at the local and state levels working on bi-partisan legislative issues that impact all types of private property owners.
