As a REALTOR® born and raised in the Iowa City area, I take great pride in serving the community that has shaped me. Buying or selling a home comes with important questions and concerns, and I believe clients deserve the time and guidance required to understand all their options. Drawing on my background in education, I focus on listening to your goals, explaining each step clearly, and developing personalized strategies that reflect your needs and timelines. My goal is to help you feel informed, prepared, and confident in your move and representation.

My upbringing in this community has created a resume decorated with involvement from all over Johnson County. I have lived in both Iowa City and Coralville and graduated high school in North Liberty. Along the way, I have worked in many different jobs around town, from before-and-after-school teacher, server and bartender – even concrete work. After completing my student teaching from Iowa City High School in the Spring of 2024, I received two degrees in English and Secondary Education from the University of Iowa.

After college, I moved to Madrid, Spain, where I resided and taught English for two years. During those two years, I became bilingual and am now able to fluently communicate in Spanish. I was also able to travel all over Europe and complete the Camino de Santiago in the Summer of 2026.

To me, working for The Dill Team at Lepic-Kroeger REALTORS®, alongside my father Jeff Dill (Owner/Partner) and his sales partner Jill Marshek (Broker/Associate), means practicing real estate at the highest level from contract to close, and well into the future. As a member of both the Iowa City and Cedar Rapids MLS, I am a REALTOR®, eager to represent anyone in all types of housing and demonstrate loyalty to all whom I represent.
