Rich Vogelzang has been involved is many aspects of the real estate business since he started in 1979. While being an active REALTOR®, he was a Sales Manager, a trainer and a mentor to other real estate agents. He is a past president of the Iowa City Area Association of REALTORS® (ICAAR), and was the REALTOR-of-the-Year Award recipient twice (just one of 4 agents in ICAAR to have earned the award 2 times). He was honored with the ICAAR Lifetime Achievement Award in 2020.

Rich is the former Designated Broker and General Manager for Lepic-Kroeger, REALTORS® and continues as an active agent working with sellers and buyers. He is a former Paramedic with the Johnson County Ambulance Service. He and his wife Anita live in Coralville, and have 3 children and 7 grandchildren.
