I moved to Iowa City in 1989 to attend the University of Iowa and fell in love with the community as it offers so many opportunities. I earned my degree in Economics with a minor in Business Administration which provided me with a solid foundation in market analysis, financial principles, and strategic decision-making.  I decided to make Iowa City my permanent home, especially after meeting my husband, Kevin, a lifelong resident of the area.  I truly value the relationships and sense of belonging that Iowa City has given me over the years.

With a diverse background in real estate, including mortgage lending, real estate settlement, and managing real estate offices, I bring a well-rounded perspective to every transaction. This experience allows me to guide my clients with confidence, whether they are first-time homebuyers, seasoned investors, or families looking to transition into their next home.  As a Broker/Associate at Lepic-Kroeger REALTORS® and a business partner to Jeff Dill, an Owner/Partner in LKR, I am dedicated to providing expert guidance and top-tier customer service. I am currently on the ICAAR Board of Directors and have served as Chair and as a member of many other local boards and committees. Beyond real estate, I enjoy cooking and baking, cruising in my convertible with my husband, volunteering and being involved in local community activities and spending time with my adult children, Austin and Allison.
