Jamie brings a practical combination of construction expertise and public service experience to the Lepic-Kroeger team. A graduate of the University of Iowa, Jamie has deep ties to the area, giving him a strong understanding of the local real estate market.

Before transitioning into real estate, Jamie worked with the VA Health Care System in both the Business Office and Public Affairs. This background developed his attention to detail, communication skills, and commitment to client service. Jamie is also the owner of Johnson Custom Homes and an active member of the Greater Iowa City Area Home Builders Association (HBA). His practical experience in building and remodeling gives clients a distinct advantage, whether they are buying an existing home, looking for a fixer-upper, or building from the ground up.

Jamie and his wife, Makenzie, live in Solon with their son, Landon. His older sons, Drayden and Logan, live in Tiffin and Georgia, respectively, with Logan currently serving in the military.

When not working with real estate clients or managing construction projects, Jamie coaches youth sports, follows Iowa Hawkeye athletics, and travels with his family.
