Emily Hammes, REALTOR®

Emily Hammes is a top-producing REALTOR® in Iowa City, dedicated to delivering exceptional results for her clients. With years of local real estate experience and deep roots in the community, Emily provides caring, client-focused guidance for buying or selling a home across the Eastern Iowa market.

My passion for people is ignited when I am in the service of others. Buying and selling a home can be an exciting time but also unfamiliar and stressful for many. I am committed to providing my clients with excellent customer service, sound council and added value to make the process enjoyable, seamless and stress-free.

As your real estate agent you can expect honest, enthusiastic and devoted service. I will work diligently to find you a home in your desired location, amenities and price point, negotiation all aspects on your behalf.

As an area native I have a passion and a love for this community, it’s people and it’s continued growth. I am a big believer in adding value wherever I go. A connector at my core, I love to share my extensive network and community knowledge with others. After graduating from the University of Iowa with a degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Business my husband Zach and I had the opportunity to travel and experience living in several different cities, states and countries. Ultimately, we chose to return to the Iowa City area to start our family and the next chapter of our lives. Whether you are new to the area or making the exciting move to a new home, it will be my honor to help you and your family do the same!
