Chad has been a resident of the Iowa City area since 1998 after graduating from Luther College in Decorah, IA. He and his wife, Holly, spend much of their time attending their daughters’ many activities and leisurely supporting Hawkeye sports and local arts activities.

Professionally, after 20+ years helping people navigate important career decisions where his role was to help individuals and organizations make thoughtful, well-informed choices built on trust, preparation, and follow-through, he transitioned into real estate sales with a mission to servebuyers, sellers, and investors using that same approach.
