Nolan Crawford is a licensed Realtor with the Rich Hatch Homes team, bringing a strong background in New Home Construction sales throughout the Iowa City–Cedar Rapids area. While newly licensed, Nolan’s years of experience in the industry give him a solid foundation to guide clients with confidence. Supported by the expertise and resources of Rich Hatch Homes, he is well-equipped to help buyers and sellers navigate one of life’s most important transactions.

Community service has always been central to Nolan’s life. Before real estate, he served as a first responder and remains actively involved in his church. His dedication to helping others now extends to his real estate clients, where he strives to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships.

Nolan is also completing his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Data Analysis at Liberty University, further strengthening his ability to combine business insight with client-focused care. Homeschooled while growing up, he developed a passion for entrepreneurship and relationship-building that continues to shape his career today.

Outside of real estate, Nolan enjoys exploring new ventures—including his photography business—traveling with his wife Autumn (who also works in New Construction), and playing guitar. A fun fact: Nolan is a true enthusiast of both coffee and scotch, making it a personal tradition to visit local coffee shops and sample neat scotch wherever he travels.
